Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized sales are final unless Crowned by B Creations LLC made an error or the product is defective.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Photos may be required.
Incorrect sizes selected by the customer, customer-submitted spelling errors, minor color differences, and normal handmade variations are not considered defects.
Processing & Turnaround
Processing times vary based on the product, customization, order size, material availability, and current order volume.
Shipping time is separate from processing time. Purchasing faster shipping does not shorten production time.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. Rush orders are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.
